I Relay because I want to make a difference in the fight against cancer. Cancer is one of the leading causes of death in Australia, and together we can change that. Cancer Council’s Relay For Life raises funds for research, prevention and support services for those affected by cancer. By joining my team or donating to me, you will be helping Cancer Council give hope to thousands of Australians.

My mother is a double cancer survivor and so was my father. My mission to relay started with my parents but my passion to relay every year is due to our dedicated team of Caterpillar Employees & their families. I have been carrying the Captain's Baton for number of years now and next year am passing the baton to a younger & much more passionate colleague to continue the Legacy our pioneers left us.

As an effort to raise funds I am planning to walk 200 Laps of of the Athletic Track (minimum of 400 Meters to 453 Meters) which equates to 80 to 91 kms in 19 hours. ( I have done 100 laps many times but not endured 200 laps)
