What if I require wheelchair access?
Access to onsite parking is restricted. Limited parking permits are available to anyone who requires wheelchair access. Please contact the Cancer Council NT office on 08 8944 1800 to obtain a permit prior to the event.
Can I bring a friend to the event?
Unfortunately due to Covid 19 restrictions, all participants must be registered prior to attending the event. All participants are then checked off upon entry . So please ensure that all your team members have registered for the event.
What if I only want to participate in the Survivors & Carers lap?
The Survivors & Carers lap immediately follows the Opening Ceremony at 6pm. Please register for this lap on the website or at the CCNT Tent on arrival.
Will first aid be available?
Yes. St John Ambulance will be present for the entire event. CCNT also has our resident nursing staff on site.
Will food be available?
Yes. Rotary Darwin will be providing a barbeque dinner from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. A coffee station will also be available manned by Cancer Council Volunteers.
What else can we expect?
Interactive entertainment and activities for young and old, will be happening throughout the event, as well as teams fundraising and having a great time!
Is there anything else I need to know?
As the grounds are provided by the City of Darwin, there are rules all participants must be made aware of:
- No Smoking
- No Pegs or Stakes into the ground
- No Dogs
- No Glass
- No pouring of water or ice onto the grounds
- Please remove all rubbish from your site
