When you’re logged into your Fundraising Hub, it captures your most recent updates so that your fundraising totals and profile are accurate. This means that if you enter someone else’s information while logged in, our system thinks you are updating your profile. Please make sure you log out of your Fundraising Hub before making a donation on behalf of someone else.

We treat your Fundraising Hub as a secure and private area for you to fundraise, email and keep your personal details. For privacy reasons, your account will automatically log you out when you have not been active for 10 minutes. The system will warn you 5 minutes before it logs you out, and a countdown will begin.
If you are working in your Fundraising Hub, remember to save your work. Click "save draft" to ensure you don't lose any emails you're composing, and move your mouse so that the system knows you are still active.
