It’s official. The Hills Relay For Life Ball has raised $50,000 for the Cancer Council, bringing the total for the past 10 years to more than $380,000.

The 10th ball held at Castle Hill RSL on April 9 took on a circus theme with all entertainers donating time including the clowns from Northmead Creative and Performing Arts High School, gymnasts from C2K, the Castle Hill Youth Wind Orchestra, Tania’s Strictly Dancing and Cardistry magicians Lucas and Ash.

Singer Joey Fimmano performed a tribute to his sister and there was magic and comedy from Adrian Dean followed by dancing to Karen Stowe and the retro band The Breakaways.

Chair of the organising committee Zoe Graham said a huge thank you to the sponsors Bayer, Allan Drew and Young Living and local businesses who donated prizes including major auction prizes from Smooth Sailing Cruises, Event Cinemas Castle Hill and Novotel Sydney Norwest.
